Entry, INC. (hereinafter “we”), thoroughly understands our social responsibility for protecting all personal information handled by our company,and protect the rights of our clients, and comply with laws and regulations regarding personal information.
Furthermore, to carry-out the following policies, we created a personal information protection management system and we all will work towards continuous improvement, while always paying attention to the latest IT technology developments, the change of social demand and business environment.

  1. We take into consideration the contents and scale of business, and to execute business we clearly determine the purpose of use of personal information to the necessary extent.
    We abide by established internal rules regarding the appropriate acquisition, use and provision of personal information.
    Furthermore, we take measures not to use or provide personal information for any purpose beyond the scope of your consent.
  2. We comply with personal information laws and regulations, national guidelines and other norms.
  3. Against leakage, loss and destruction of personal information, we implement rational safety measures and use business resources so that the personal information security system can improve continuously. In addition, in case of emergency, we will take corrective measures immediately.
  4. We carry out the proper management by appointing a person, who is given the responsibility and authority to operate the personal information protection management system.
  5. We continuously improve our personal information protection management system through education, operation, audits and reviews.
  6. We set up a personal information inquiry desk for requests regarding disclosure, correction, deletion, cease of utilization and cease of provision to third party of personal information. We will respond to these requests and other complaints or consultation within 2 weeks.

Disclosure, etc. of personal information

Regarding notification about purpose of usage, disclosure, correction or deletion, cease of utilization and cease of provision of personal information, please contact our【Support Desk】 to receive the「Personal Information Disclosure Request Form」and send it back with the necessary documents and administration fee.

Identity verification documents

In case of request for disclosure, etc. of personal information, please enclose one of the following documents for identity verification along with the「Personal Information Disclosure Request Form」.
However, if your permanent address is mentioned on the document, please paint it black to conceal it before sending it to us.

(2)In case a representative files the request for you

In case a representative files the request, please enclose one of the following documents as well with the「Personal Information Disclosure Request Form」and one of the documents mentioned above (1).

  • Copy of an identity card to confirm the representative, such as driver’s license, passport, resident card etc.
  • If the representative is a lawyer, a document that includes their registration number
  • Authorization letter

Administration fee

Regarding the request about notification of the purpose of use and disclosure of personal information, we will collect 1,000 yen (consumption tax included) as an administration fee per one request.
When you mail the request form to our company, please enclose a 1,000 yen worth of postal stamp.
We shall notify you if the administration fee is insufficient or not enclosed.
If you do not pay the requested fee within 1 week after we notify you, your request will be void.

Safety management measures

We carry out the following safety management measures.

Our company appoints a person, who is in charge of handling personal data, and we clarify who can and what kind of data they can handle. Furthermore, we conduct self-examination periodically, and also conduct inspection by a person from another department or by an external organization.

In the area where the personal data is stored, we restrict who gets access, and what kind of electronic device is being carried in.
Furthermore, we prevent unauthorized access to personal data, and take measures to protect electronic devices,
digital media or documents related to personal data from being stolen or going missing.
(Technical safety management measures)
We control access to personal data and restrict who can and what kind of personal information data base etc. they can handle. We also introduce a system to prevent the information system, which manages the personal data, from unauthorized access from outside or being attacked by malware.
