About Temp-to-Hire

Temp-to-Hire, or Introduction Dispatch, allows individuals to work as temporary staff for a set period (up to 6 months) with the possibility of transitioning to a regular employee or contract staff if both parties agree.

Prohibition of Daily Labor Dispatch Principle

Daily employment

With the 2012 amendment to the Labor Dispatch Law, the general principle is to prohibit dispatching workers for periods less than 31 days.
However, there are exceptions to this rule, allowing for dispatch employment for periods less than 31 days under specific conditions.

Exceptions to the General Prohibition on Daily-Hire Dispatch

If you are currently 60 years or older.

If you are a student under the School Education Act (excluding students in night courses or special training schools).

[3]

If your annual income is 5 million yen or more.

[4]

If the total annual income of your entire family, with whom you share a livelihood, is 5 million yen or more (assuming your income is less than half).

For individuals who qualify for exceptions to the general prohibition of daily-hire dispatch and wish to work in short-term dispatch positions with us (less than 31 days),
please provide the following confirmation documents during your registration:

Driver's license, Health insurance card, Resident register, Pension book, Passport.

[2](Student)

Proof of student status :Student ID.

[3] (Annual income of 5 million yen or more):

<Proof of last year's income>
Withholding tax slip, Income certificate.

[4] (Household annual income of 5 million yen or more)

<Proof of last year's income>
Withholding tax slip, Income certificate, Copy of tax return, Payroll statement, Notice of government benefits such as unemployment benefits, childcare leave benefits, child allowance, etc.
- assuming your income is less than half of the household income.

If you are unable to provide the required documents:
In cases where, due to unavoidable circumstances, you cannot submit the necessary documents by the time of registration, you may sign an 'Exception Confirmation and Affidavit.
' If you are unable to prepare the required documents, we will inquire about the reason and request them at a later date. (Requirements [2], [3], and [4] will be verified annually.)

Exceptionally Approved Tasks under Legal Regulations for Dispatch Work

For the following tasks, employment under daily dispatch is possible even without meeting the 'exceptional requirements.'
